Full clinical assessment, with appropriate investigation and onward referral if required. Please bring any significant correspondence, red book and medication/medication lists. Where possible asthmatics should avoid using salbutamol prior to attending. Allergy testing requires exclusion of antihistamines for the preceding 72 hours. Specific testing may incur additional costs. Insured patients should provide a pre-authorisation reference via the contact form (or to my secretary) in order to confirm their appointment. Bookings are only confirmed on payment of a deposit (via this page) or following receipt of a valid pre-authorisation reference. Appointments slots are in 20 and 40 minute intervals, therefore appointments will be available at 0, 20 and 40 minutes past the hour only. Investigations not covered by your insurance will need to be paid for in full at the hospital reception.
