Service Description

Full clinical assessment, with appropriate investigation and onward referral if required. Please bring any significant correspondence, red book and medication/medication lists. Where possible asthmatics should avoid using salbutamol prior to attending. Allergy testing requires exclusion of antihistamines for the preceding 72 hours. Specific testing may incur additional costs. Self-pay patients can request an appointment via my secretary or via this form. Sue will confirm availability by telephone/email the next working day. Bookings are only confirmed on payment of a deposit (via this page or via BACS, details from Kirsty). Appointments slots are in 20 and 40 minute intervals, therefore appointments will be available at 0, 20 and 40 minutes past the hour only.
