Payment Options
Clinic fees include those charged by the hospital and those payable to Dr Chin at the Child Chest Clinic. The hospital will charge separately for blood tests, x-rays and medications. Terms and conditions for use of our services are available at this link.
Dr Chin's fees may be paid directly (self pay) or through your insurer (a non-exhaustive list of insurers for whom I am a recognised provider is adjacent.
Self pay fees are as indicated in the terms and conditions page.
If your insurer is not shown here please contact them in advance of clinic. You will be accountable for any unpaid invoice or service.
Sometimes after your insurer has contributed there will be a sum of money (the excess) left to pay. You can pay the excess via online banking (preferred) at the QR code adjacent, or via Paypal (in which circumstance an additional 5% will be payable.
Online banking payments should include your child's surname and the clinic date in the reference. For example, if Joe Bloggs was seen on New Year's Day the reference would be:
DRCHINBloggs010125.
Late payments will be referred to a debt management agency. Costs incurred in recouping late payments will be added to the unpaid bill.
